Lelaki 0n4n1 Dan Basahkan Skirt Wanita Dalam Bas

Seorang lelaki Cina yang didapati bersalah melakukan onani didalam bas yg sedang bergerak dan kemudian memancutkan air maninya ke arah seorang wanita 24 tahun dijatuhkan hukuman penjara 8 bulan dan 1 sebatan.

Tertuduh yg berusia 35 tahun didakwa melakukan kesalahan tersebut pada kira-kira jam 7 petang 27 Julai 2007..

Mengimbas kejadian itu, mangsa yg baru pulang bekerja menaiki bas dan berdiri berdekatan pintu belakang sebelum kemudiannya merasai sesuatu yang ‘basah dan suam’ pada bahagian belakangnya.

Mangsa cuba memeriksa kain skirtnya dan mengenal pasti itu adalah air mani sebelum melihat tertuduh berada dibelakangnya. Mangsa kemudian menjerit.

Mendengar jeritan tersebut, pemandu bas memberhentikan bas dan dengan bantuan orang ramai tertuduh berjaya ditangkap dan dibawa ke balai polis.

Hasil analisa DNA air mani tersebut tidaklah diragui ia merupakan milik tertuduh.

Siasatan kemudian mendapati tertuduh berdiri dibelakang mangsa sebelum melakukan onani dan mengejakulasikan ke arahnya.

“Tertuduh telah melakukan satu perbuatan yg jijik dan kotor, bukan sahaja air mani tersebut meninggalkan kesan pada pakaian mangsa, ia turut meninggalkan kesan emosi”

GEORGE TOWN: A man who masturbated in a moving bus and ejaculated onto the skirt of a woman, has been sentenced to eight months’ jail and ordered to be given one stroke of the rotan by a magistrate’s court here.

Flyer distributor Lau Eu Lye, 35, from Sungai Nibong Kecil in Bayan Lepas, pleaded guilty to using criminal force with the intention of outraging the modesty of a then 24-year-old woman on a bus in front of SMK (P) Seri Mutiara in Jalan Air Itam at 7pm on July 27, 2007.

According to the facts presented to the court, the woman had taken the bus after work and had stood near its back door.

When the bus arrived in front of SMK (P) Seri Mutiara, the complainant suddenly felt a warm liquid down her rear. WHen she turned around, she saw the semen on her skirt.

She saw the accused behind her and screamed at him.

Hearing the commotion, the driver stopped the bus and the accused tried to escape. However, the driver, with the help of other passengers, caught the man.

The man was then taken to the Datuk Keramat police station.

DNA analysis confirmed that the liquid on the skirt was the accused’s semen.

Investigation revealed that the accused was standing behind the complainant while masturbating and had ejaculated onto her skirt.

In pressing for a custodial sentence, deputy public prosecutor Edward Chan cited public interest, adding that the offence was serious.

“He has committed a gross, indecent act against a young girl. The semen did not only leave stains on her, but she is also emotionally scarred after incident.

“If such acts are not given a deterrent sentence, the public might think that they can be easily let off with just a fine,” he added.

Magistrate Sri Pracha Nanthini Balabedha ordered the jail term to be served from the date of his re-arrest, which is on Wednesday.
